What Can You Expect In The 5-Month Series?
✅ Alignment with EMDRIA Certification Standards
Get objective confirmation that your EMDR skills meet certification standards, with consultation from an EMDRIA-approved consultant who is familiar with EMDRIA certification standards.
Consultation hours are structured around case review and EMDR 8-phase fidelity.
Discussion includes appropriate adaptations for complex presentations, consistent with EMDRIA certification expectations. You’ll receive specific feedback that clarifies where your practice is solid and where further strengthening is needed.
Group consultation hours may be applied toward the 20 total consultation hours required for EMDRIA certification. EMDRIA allows up to 10 of those hours to be earned in a group format.
✅ Expert Guidance When You Hit A Wall
When cases feel stuck or complexity emerges, consultation helps you identify blind spots, interpret dissociation assessments, and design treatment plans that match your client’s actual capacity. Sessions focus on clinical reasoning, EMDR 8-phase fidelity, and thoughtful adaptations for complex presentations.
Consultation supports sound clinical decision-making. You retain full responsibility for client care decisions. This group is not supervision and does not replace required supervision. It is designed to strengthen EMDR fidelity and the clinical reasoning needed to work with cases confidently and effectively.
✅ A Small, Focused Community
This group is intentionally limited to four therapists, allowing for individualized attention in 90-minute sessions. You’ll consult with colleagues who understand the realities of trauma work and feel comfortable bringing forward nuanced, unfinished questions.
You have the potential, over time, to build professional relationships with peers who know your clinical strengths and can speak to your development as you move toward EMDR certification.
✅ A Financial Value
Each 90-minute session is $115/participant available as a one-time payment of $575 or four monthly payments of $115. This includes structured small-group consultation with an EMDRIA-Approved Consultant, case-focused feedback, and documentation of group consultation hours.
This small-group format allows time for meaningful case review and individualized feedback.
